I’ve used the Runkeeper app for iPhone since I started running. Similar to Facebook, you could have “friends”, or in this case “Street Teamates”. The nice part about the app is that you can only post fitness activities and nothing else. You post a fitness activity and your “Street Team” can comment on it. This app not only tracks all my fitness activities (swimming, cycling, running, ect) but also provides real time data to my family and friends when I head out for a long run.
